Some advises from my PT

I got some advices from my PT the other day:

Eat according to Glycemic Index
Don't eat carbohydrates after 17:00
Don't eat later than 5 hours before you go to bed

I will not eat dairy the next three weeks and I will not eat sweets, chocolate, cakes, take out and so on for the next three months.

One tea or coffee a day and not after training.
